The Nuvak'chin Mana or Snow Maiden Kachina represents snow and a prayer that the upcoming winter will bring snow that replenish the moisture in the ground.

This Hopi overlay sterling silver Snow Maiden Kachina bracelet is a collector's item.  It is 1" wide and is handcrafted and signed by Harry Nutumya a Hopi silversmith that is well known for his designs.  This is a substantial bracelet made from (.925) sterling silver.  Please include your wrist size in the comment section so that we can make sure we provide you with the proper fit.  These are made to order because they do not adjust very much and need to be made to fit.

Harry Nutumya, Oraibi Village, Rabbit and Tobacco. Full Hopi, he learned the art of silversmithing by trial and error. He started off by working on the side of Loren Phillips. He showed him a few tips, but overall he developed his skill on his own. He likes to make all sorts of jewelry, but tends to make more of the band rings. Harry says "Jewelry making is not easy, it takes a lot of persistence to do quality work."
